Faith offers comprehensive financial reporting services as it relates to monthly cashflow for the investor.
Faith places a very high value on establishing financial goals and understands this is attained by working with clients to prepare long term, intermediate term, and short term budgetary plans to account for all operational costs.
Provide consultation on major replacements, additions, maintenance or renovations. Obtain competitive bids on repairs and alterations. Supervise work to be completed to ensure work is done properly and in a timely manner.
Capital Improvement Projects
Faith works hand and hand with clients to plan and prepare specifications as it relates to planning improvement expenditures, obtaining competitive bids, and supervising the work to completion to ensure expectations are met.
Collect Rents, Association Dues, and Assessments
Collect and post rents, dues, and assessments in order to conduct monthly business operations and provide financial reporting.
Grounds Maintenance Management
Faith is accustomed to obtaining competitive bids for lawn maintenance contracts and landscaping contracts. Hire, train, and supervise groundskeeper to pick up grounds and keep overall property appearance acceptable while working within budget parameters.

Create and/or implement rules and regulations to ensure property is maintained and kept in a uniform and orderly fashion.
Show available units to prospective tenants, run credit check, criminal background check, negotiate lease and supply supporting documentation at tenant move-in.
Market Ready Services
Move-out inspection, schedule repairs, replace items needing replaced such as appliances, carpet, etc. Touch up paint, cleaning, and final inspection prior to move-in.
